Vapour Permeable Membranes

At InoTech we offer a full range of membrane products; commonly referred to as “Wall/Roof Wrap” or “Sarking”, which are designed to meet the specific needs of both residential and commercial projects.

Our range includes:

  • Light duty wraps designed for use with timber & steel residential & commercial wall constructions

  • Medium duty wraps designed for use in tiled, slate or metal roofs.

  • Heavy duty, UV-stabilised tear-resistant 3-ply membranes

Ventilation & Drainage Battens

Passive ventilation allows continuous airflow above a building’s thermal envelope to remove warm, moist air from roof voids and wall cavities, preventing condensation.
